Areas of Expertise
Leadership
- My experience of managing physical and international virtual teams has
earned me a reputation for rapidly consolidating disparate resources into
cohesive productive units. Through effective management of these teams I
have successfully led ground breaking Java/SQL/Analytics based developments
within limited timescales using rapid delivery techniques. The resulting
operational improvements and process efficiency gains produce multi-million
dollar annual savings.
Change Management
- I have driven change management projects to standardise processes and
streamline operations both at local and international levels. I have
influenced business units to make use of the latest techniques - both
Corporate and personal innovations - leading to repeat engagements to
present more effective methods of revenue forecasting, new business
identification and account management.
Business Management
- I have a broad business management background with experience of
international commercial negotiation and the management of multi-million
dollar budgets. I have improved business performance via strategic partner
channels achieving up to 300% growth per annum and streamlined internal
processes achieving up to $100 million per annum in direct business
benefits.
Communication
- I have had dealings on the international stage throughout my career
covering EMEA, North America, India and the Far East. This has allowed me to
hone my interpersonal and verbal skills in a wide variety of multi-lingual,
multi-cultural environments. My written skills are also well developed from
experience of producing magazine articles and material for both academic and
